Job summary

IREN, through IE US Operations Inc., seeks a Senior Technical Sourcing Manager, Rack & Power to lead commercial and technical sourcing for rack-level power delivery hardware. This role reports to the Director for strategic guidance and collaborates across Engineering, AI Hardware Supply Chain Operations, and Finance to secure cost, terms, and supply resilience for rapid AI datacenter growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing for data center hardware with power delivery exposure.
• Independently structure sourcing strategy and negotiation approaches.
• Proven track record leading MSAs, SOWs, and supplier awards.
• Strong should-cost, TCO, and pricing strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own commercial sourcing strategy for rack-level power delivery commodities.
• Lead supplier selection for new power components, including RFP/RFI/RFQ processes.
• Own and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and pricing structures with should-cost and TCO modeling.
• Drive terms and costs for power hardware NPI through production ramp.
• Partner with Engineering to align supplier roadmaps with cost, performance, and reliability.
