Job summary

Flock is expanding its procurement function to move from reactive intake to proactive, data-informed category management. You will lead end-to-end sourcing, manage high-volume vendor workflows, and partner with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and InfoSec to establish clear sourcing paths.

This is not a routine PO role but a strategic, multi-category position in a fast-growing tech environment. The role offers a competitive base salary ($80,000–$95,000) with stock options.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end strategic sourcing events and negotiating terms for SaaS, services, or hardware contracts.
• Ability to review vendor agreements with Legal to identify risk and favorable terms.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Spend data and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing events, RFPs, and contract negotiations across SaaS, services, IT hardware, and non-product spend.
• Manage high-volume vendor workflows and renewals in Coupa, delivering timely supplier engagements.
• Review vendor contracts with Legal and InfoSec to protect commercial and data interests.
• Own procurement reporting and translate spend data into executive dashboards.
