Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of procurement/strategic sourcing experience, including leading small-to-medium negotiations and running sourcing events
• Strong analytical skills: Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, PowerQuery), TCO and price/cost analysis
• Working knowledge of commercial contracting (SLAs, warranties, data privacy, liability caps, confidentiality, basic IP) and experience partnering with Legal
• Proficiency with eSourcing and CLM tools; familiarity with spend analytics platforms
• Basic knowledge and use of AI Tooling (Gemini, Claude, Anthropic, etc.)
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Certifications preferred: CPSM, CIPS, CSCP (or in progress)
• Power BI/Tableau experience for data visualization
• Finance / Technology / Fintech background

Job Description

The Strategic Sourcing Lead drives value delivery across assigned subcategories by leading low-to-medium complexity sourcing events, negotiating small-to-medium contracts under approved playbooks, performing advanced spend and market analyses, and improving supplier performance. This role operates with moderate autonomy, partners closely with cross-functional teams, and helps shape category plans through data-driven insights and disciplined execution.

• Manage and negotiate SaaS renewals: Maintain 12–18 month pipeline, oversee vendor contracts renewals and manage renewals
• Lead negotiations: Use external pricing data to set negotiation targets, and apply playbooks (price locks, CPI caps, step-downs, proration, true-up relief, downgrade rights); create credible switch options.
• Contract oversight: Review terms, compare in Evisort, and ensure repository accuracy (no drafting of contracts involved).
• Vendor management: Maintain scorecards/QBRs; drive performance reviews, roadmaps, SLA tracking, remediation.
