Job summary

Hasbro, Inc. seeks a seasoned Professional Services Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing, contracting, and supplier management for Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast.

This role partners with internal teams to understand needs, run RFQs/RFPs, negotiate, and manage contracts, while driving value, risk reduction, and governance.

A Day-to-Day focus includes category oversight of professional services, supplier relationships, spend analysis, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or finance.
• 5–7 years in procurement or category management.
• 2–3 years in a procurement role within video game development preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and complex collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing and category oversight of professional services, including video game development, consulting, customer service, finance services and other specialized services supporting Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast.
• Partner collaboratively with internal teams to understand business needs, scope requirements, timelines, and budget considerations.
• Complete end-to-end sourcing activities (RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contracting) in alignment with Hasbro’s standards.
• Build and manage supplier relationships that promote accountability, inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Own contract lifecycle management, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and responsible financial stewardship.
• Leverage spend data and market insights to drive competitive pricing, optimize value, and support informed decision-making.
• Ensure alignment with Hasbro procurement policies, financial controls, and integrity standards.
• Assist in development and expansion of professional services sourcing processes.
