Job summary

Hasbro’s Wizards Supply Chain team is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support global product lines in Renton, WA. You will manage purchasing, vendor relationships, and the full lifecycle from sourcing to PO execution and invoicing, ensuring on-time and on-budget releases.

You’ll collaborate with product development, finance, logistics, and QA, using SAP and Excel to optimize cost, lead times, and vendor performance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, purchasing, or procurement with global vendor base management.
• Strong analytical abilities to navigate multi-step procurement workflows.
• Proven ability to drive projects forward with clear direction to vendors and teams.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full procurement lifecycle from sourcing through purchase orders and invoicing.
• Partner with product development and planning teams to align releases with budgets and timelines.
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes and evaluate supplier bids for best value.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP and cost-tracking systems.
