Job summary

ADT is seeking a Procurement Buyer in Boca Raton to support indirect sourcing and purchasing across business units. You will translate business needs into effective sourcing solutions, manage supplier relations, and drive cost, quality, and continuity improvements.

You will execute sourcing events, analyze spend, negotiate terms, and ensure compliant procurement processes. A 3–5 year background in procurement is preferred, with strong Excel and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, procurement, finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of indirect sourcing or procurement experience.
• Experience leading competitive sourcing events and PO processing.
• Experience with indirect categories is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills: spend analysis, TCO, pricing comparisons.
• Familiar with procurement policies and P2P controls.
• Hands-on with SAP Ariba / SAP Fieldglass / Oracle ERP.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities with limited oversight.
• Advanced Excel; PowerPoint & Word a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define scopes and sourcing strategies.
• Conduct RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and bid analyses.
• Analyze spend and total cost of ownership to identify savings.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, service levels with suppliers.
• Support contract development, approvals, and renewals.
• Evaluate suppliers for cost, quality, risk and continuity.
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitoring performance.
• Process POs and related procurement transactions.
• Use P2P systems to maintain data quality and controls.
• Provide procurement guidance and training as needed.
• Lead multiple sourcing projects and report status.
