Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Sourcing Manager IV to lead strategic sourcing initiatives within the Marketing Procurement Group. You will manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFP/RFI development, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation to maximize value and terms for the business.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with indirect procurement and marketing domain knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of strategic sourcing experience required.
• Experience in Indirect Procurement strongly preferred; Marketing experience encouraged.
• Role supports the Marketing Procurement Group.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes including requirements gathering, RFP/RFI development, proposal evaluation, scenario analysis, supplier selection, and contract drafting, negotiation, and execution to deliver value and terms.
• Define commodity and supplier strategies and track category performance.
• Provide support for highly complex or strategic initiatives; onboard suppliers and conduct supplier performance reviews.
