Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Manager IV to lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives for the Marketing Procurement Group. This 100% remote, six-month engagement emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and value delivery.

The role requires strong experience in indirect procurement, marketing procurement, and supplier negotiations, with a focus on developing robust RFP/RFI processes, contract drafting, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Strategic Sourcing experience required.
• 10+ years of experience is preferred.
• Indirect Procurement experience strongly preferred.
• Marketing Procurement experience is encouraged.
• Support for Marketing Procurement Group will be part of this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities of moderate complexity and provide support for complex or strategic initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes, including requirements gathering, RFP/RFI development, proposal evaluation, scenario analysis, supplier selection, and contract drafting, negotiation, and execution.
• Execute main service agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), Letter Agreements, and Order Forms.
• Define commodity and supplier strategies.
• Adopt best-practice commodity management and strategic sourcing processes.
• Track category performance relative to targets.
• Conduct supplier reviews for assigned suppliers.
• Communicate clearly with procurement leadership, business stakeholders, and the team regarding strategies, contracts, and project updates.
• Provide support for highly complex or strategic initiatives.

Role Overview

• Monitor contract execution.
• Identify and recommend future sourcing opportunities.
