Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Lead Sourcing Manager for the U.S. Government subcontracting team within the Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization.

You will manage, negotiate, monitor, and source technology supplier contracts to support government contracts, from RFP/Q information through to subcontract execution and closeout. You will develop procurement strategies with stakeholders, guide subcontractor management, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and other regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required or preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in government contracting.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation, execution, and administration of complex subcontract agreements.
• Develop sourcing and subcontracting strategies for government contracts.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate subcontracting risks per FAR/DFARS and CFR.
• Monitor subcontract performance and drive process improvements.
