AT&T is seeking a Lead Sourcing Manager within the U.S. Government subcontracting team of the Global Supply Chain organization. The role focuses on negotiating, sourcing, and managing complex government subcontract agreements, with emphasis on cost, schedule, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience, with certification in some areas. 5 days per week on-site in Chantilly, VA or Columbia, MD; U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred with 5+ years of related experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation, execution, and administration of complex subcontract agreements.
• Develop and implement sourcing and subcontracting strategies supporting government contracts.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate subcontracting risks and ensure regulatory compliance (FAR/DFARS/CFR).
• Monitor subcontract performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
