Job summary

The Chamberlain Group LLC, a global leader in intelligent access, is seeking a senior Sourcing professional to define cross-category strategies and partner with Business Units to optimize cost, quality, and supply continuity.

The role drives supplier relationships, risk management, and budgeting while leading teams to deliver robust procurement programs across multiple product lines. Strong experience in ERP systems and SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in Sourcing; 4+ years of people and project management.
• Knowledge of Material Requirements or ERP; contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Define sourcing strategies for multiple categories across Business Units and align with corporate procurement.
• Partner with Business Unit leaders to drive common sourcing strategy and improve quality, service and cost.
• Advise on supplier technologies and innovations to influence product development.
• Identify supply chain risks and mitigation, support budgeting and pricing processes.
