Job summary

Chamberlain Group is seeking an accomplished Sourcing Leader to define and drive procurement strategies across multiple business units. You will partner with BU leaders to optimize quality, service, and cost, while guiding supplier relationships and risk mitigation.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in sourcing, 4+ years of people and project management, and strong ERP/MRP and SAP experience. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in Sourcing; 4+ years of people and project management.
• Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) or Enterprise Resource Planning; contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Define sourcing strategies across Business Units with corporate procurement alignment and implementation.
• Partner with Business Unit leaders to drive a common sourcing strategy optimizing quality, service and cost.
• Advise on emerging supplier technologies and innovations to influence product development.
• Identify supply chain risks and mitigation strategies.
• Lead budgeting discussions and communicate price changes impacting budgeting and pricing processes.
