Job summary

Disney Cruise Line seeks a Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead Expediting and a designated category portfolio across the fleet. You will report to the Senior Manager and drive process improvements, supplier performance, and cost reduction initiatives while enabling fleet growth.

You will manage a six-person Expediting team, develop sourcing strategies, conduct spend and contract analysis, negotiate agreements, and partner with stakeholders to optimize end-to-end procurement and on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, or a related field.
• 7–10 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience delivering measurable results.
• Experience building long-term category strategies and roadmaps.
• Proven spend analysis, contract assessment, supplier evaluations, and market research.
• Experience leading RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, negotiations, and contract administration.
• Strong contract negotiation skills and risk management ability.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Expeditors supporting Disney Cruise Line procurement activities.
• Develop and implement category management strategies and sourcing roadmaps.
• Conduct spend and contract analysis, supplier evaluations, and market research.
• Lead competitive sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) and negotiate contracts.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and maximize supplier performance.
• Build strategic supplier relationships and align with internal stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to measure supplier responsiveness and delivery performance.
• Promote best practices, compliance, and contracting standards.
