Job summary

Disney Cruise Line – The Walt Disney Company in Burbank, CA, seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Technology to lead a team creating and executing technology category strategies. You will collaborate with Technology, Finance, Sourcing, and business stakeholders to optimize value, mitigate risk, and negotiate agreements.

You will develop strategic category plans, support the Sourcing Annual Operating Plan, and provide leadership on procurement strategies, supplier management, and process

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, category management, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of leadership experience managing teams in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• 3–5+ years of Technology category management experience with category strategy.
• Experience supporting senior Technology executives and stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge across SaaS, hardware, cloud, IT security, and related tech categories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage technology category strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Lead complex sourcing engagements from intake to contract award.
• Use market intelligence and spend data to inform sourcing and negotiation strategies.
• Support policy, process, tool, and governance improvements in sourcing.
• Ensure consistent procurement processes and best practices across stakeholders.
• Develop and report performance measures showing value, savings, and supplier performance.
