Job summary

Lowe’s Corporate HQ in Mooresville, NC is seeking a sourcing professional to partner with Enterprise Strategic Sourcing. You will drive RFx processes, perform baseline analyses and vendor evaluations, and support vendor onboarding and contract execution.

Responsibilities include RFP/RFI development, bid analysis, negotiations, and maintaining strong customer relationships. A strong background in procurement, finance, and Excel/PowerPoint is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years sourcing, market intelligence or vendor management experience with emphasis on sourcing, negotiations and contracting.
• 3+ years business experience and financial acumen.
• Experience with financial data analysis and strong PowerPoint/Excel skills.
• Knowledge and experience using E-sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes RFPs, RFQs and RFIs to support business needs.
• Develops baseline analysis and current conditions for sourcing events.
• Consolidates vendor bid sheets and conducts initial bid analysis.
• Initiates vendor outreach and builds sourcing event vendor lists.
• Sets up sourcing events using E-sourcing tools and processes.
• Owns ESS updates and communicates progress to business partners.
• Negotiates, processes and executes vendor NDAs and Master Agreements.
• Drafts Statements of Work with technical requirements for sourcing projects.
• Coordinates documentation for vendor onboarding.
• Interfaces with customers regarding project updates and status.
• Builds and maintains effective customer relationships.
