Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least 4 years of direct, hands-on experience in Creative and Production.
• Senior enough to execute end-to-end sourcing and negotiate contracts (SOWs, MSAs) and manage stakeholder relationships independently from day one.
• Experience analyzing spend, assessing supply markets, and identifying sourcing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive spend optimization and category strategies for Creative, Production, and Experiential Events.
• Lead RFXs and negotiate complex agreements with agencies, venues, staffing, and event vendors.
• Partner with cost consultants to benchmark pricing and maximize ROI on marketing spend.
