You will lead RFx events, negotiations, and supplier selections, partnering with Legal and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value and compliant contracts.

The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s with substantial pharma sourcing experience, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end strategic sourcing and contracting activities in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and negotiation practices, with a track record of savings and value delivery.
• Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing events for External Manufacturing Core/Agile categories.
• Plan and execute RFx events, negotiations, and supplier selections.
• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, capacity, and terms.
• Support contract development, review, and execution with Legal and stakeholders.
• Track activities and benefits using standard tools and templates.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
