Job summary

Teva, a leading biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Senior Manager – Strategic Sourcing Core/Agile to lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting for EXM. You’ll plan RFx events, negotiate terms, and partner with Legal and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you’ll drive cost optimization, supplier selection, and process improvements in a fast-paced, regulated environment, contributing to Teva’s manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree with 4+ / 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end strategic sourcing and contracting in pharma, preferably EXM.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and negotiation practices.
• Experience delivering savings and sourcing value initiatives.
• Familiarity with regulated pharma environments and strong delivery mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing events for EXM categories and initiatives.
• Plan RFx events, negotiations, and supplier selections.
• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing and terms.
• Support contract development and execution with Legal and cross-functional teams.
• Track activities and benefits using standard tools and templates.
• Collaborate with Category Managers and stakeholders to drive sourcing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and transform procurement processes.
