Danone North America is seeking a highly experienced procurement leader to manage the Contract Manufacturing supply base across Protein Shakes, Happy Family, and Dairy Yogurt in the U.S. This hybrid role focuses on sourcing strategy, supplier management, project execution, and budget oversight.

You will drive market analysis, lead negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cost savings and innovation. A minimum of 8 years in strategic procurement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Strategic procurement, Contract Manufacturing, Operations Management or similar role.
• Experience in the food-processing industry, perishable products preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, matrix environment.
• People management and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Proactive with multiple projects and strong analytical/financial acumen.
• English mandatory; French an asset.

Responsabilités

• Develop sourcing strategies via market studies to identify best practices and supplier base.
• Conduct market analysis to track spend, evaluate proposals, ensure alignment with market.
• Lead supplier relationship management and RFQ/RFP processes; negotiate terms.
• Collaborate on project management with R&I & Marketing and monitor status.
• Set up KPIs for suppliers and manage performance improvements.
• Oversee budget and productivity management, identify savings opportunities.
