Danone North America is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead the 3PM (Third Party Manufacturing) sourcing for contract manufacturing across our Plant Based, Yogurt, Beverage, and Innovation BUs. You will drive sourcing strategy, supplier evaluation, and contract management while partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve cost savings and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 8 years of strategic procurement, Contract Manufacturing, Operations Management or similar role.
• Experience in the food-processing industry, especially perishable products, is an asset.
• English language required; French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop sourcing strategies through market analysis to identify suppliers and opportunities.
• Conduct supply market analyses and RFQ/RFP processes to select suppliers.
• Lead negotiations on quality, time, and cost with suppliers and manage contracts.
• Oversee budget and productivity management for Contract Manufacturing sourcing.
• Mentor and lead the US 3PM team to meet annual objectives and commitments.
