Job summary

Danone North America in Louisville, CO is seeking a Sourcing Manager for 3PM Procurement to manage the Contract Manufacturing supply base across Protein Shakes, Happy Family, and Dairy Yogurt categories in the U.S. This role requires strong sourcing, supplier management, and cross-functional leadership to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.

You will develop market analyses, run RFQs/RFPs, negotiate terms, and lead contract ratification with suppliers and Legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in strategic procurement or contract manufacturing.
• Experience in the food-processing industry is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, multi-cultural environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Proactive, with strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Strong data analysis and financial acumen.
• English required; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies through market studies to identify best practices and opportunities.
• Conduct supply market analysis to track trends and evaluate cost proposals.
• Lead RFQs/RFPs and select contracted suppliers in targeted categories.
• Negotiate quality, time, cost, and other commercial terms.
• Lead contract ratification activities with supplier and Legal teams.
• Collaborate with R&I and Marketing on innovation and feasibility.
• Monitor project status and ensure budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
