Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager to collaborate with Product Development, Brand, and external manufacturing partners to secure quality, service, and price for all products.

You will lead and coach teams, develop sourcing programs, and drive supplier performance, cost reduction, and continuity of supply across ingredients, packaging, and components in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
• MBA preferred.
• 2+ years in sourcing of dietary supplements or packaging components (preferred).
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong MS Office and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sourcing strategies using analysis and market insight.
• Lead and coach internal partners through sourcing processes and negotiations.
• Select suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, and strategic fit.
• Build supplier relationships and manage performance metrics (KPIs).
• Drive continuous improvement, analyze TCO, and support risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on supply base and strategies.
• Negotiate contracts ensuring quality and service levels.
• Address supplier-related quality and supply issues with teams.
