Job summary

Frida HQ in Miami, FL, seeks a Sourcing Manager, Formulation to lead supplier discovery, evaluate partners, and negotiate costs to drive growth. You will build strategic supplier relationships, manage quotes, and ensure regulatory and quality compliance.

You will collaborate with Product Development, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations while traveling to supplier sites. The role requires 3+ years in sourcing formulated consumer products and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years sourcing global suppliers with proven success.
• 3+ years sourcing consumer products or regulated products.
• Experience as lead negotiator with proven performance.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership.
• Excellent communication skills; strong negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate costs and terms with suppliers to secure favorable COGS and terms.
• Prepare RFQs, manage quotations, and analyze bids to recommend actions.
• Maintain supplier scorecards and monitor KPIs to drive performance.
• Lead supplier qualification, transfers, and manufacturing transitions.
• Identify alternate ingredients and manufacturing approaches to optimize cost, quality, and supply.
