Primary Services in New Orleans seeks a Sourcing Specialist to lead strategic sourcing and contracting for major construction and capital infrastructure projects valued at $20M+. You will work directly with senior executives to shape procurement strategies and secure favorable commercial terms.

You will manage bids, RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations, coordinating with engineering, finance, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Large capital project sourcing and procurement experience required.
• Experience in chemical, EPC, oil & gas, or utility industries preferred.
• 10+ years in supplier contracting, construction procurement, or related supply chain functions.
• 4+ years of capital project contracting and procurement experience required.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts and managing supplier performance.

• Develop sourcing and contracting strategies aligned with project needs.
• Manage bids, RFPs, supplier evaluations, and award processes.

• Establish supplier KPIs and vendor review processes.
