Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Procurement & Contracts Manager to lead end-to-end procurement and commercial strategy for a major capital program. You will negotiate high‑value contracts, manage supplier relationships, and advise project leadership on governance and risk across complex scopes.

Role requires up to 20% travel to Eunice, NM from Houston, TX, with SOX controls and rigorous compliance in a highly regulated industry.

Competenze

• 12–15+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, or commercial management within capital projects or regulated industries.
• Deep experience leading high-value contract negotiations (construction, engineering, manufacturing, or infrastructure).
• Experience in highly regulated environments (e.g., nuclear, energy, infrastructure) preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end procurement and contract negotiations for major packages, including pricing, schedule, risk allocation, escalation mechanisms, and performance incentives.
• Develop and execute procurement and commercial strategies aligned with project delivery, cost, and risk objectives.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle for high-value, complex agreements and act as commercial lead to project leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Lead claims management and dispute resolution, including analysis, negotiation, and settlement of contractor and supplier claims.
• Drive change management, including evaluation of variation orders, cost impacts, and contractual entitlement.
• Ensure commercial governance, compliance, and audit readiness in line with regulated industry standards.
