Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a procurement professional to manage our Contract Manufacturing supply base across Protein Shakes, Happy Family, and Dairy Yogurt in the U.S. The role emphasizes sourcing strategies, supplier collaboration, and contract management in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities include market analysis, RFQ/RFP execution, and cross-functional project leadership to optimize costs, quality and delivery with co-manufacturers. English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Strategic procurement, Contract Manufacturing, Operations Management or similar role.
• Experience in the food-processing industry is an asset.
• English required; French an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies through market analysis to identify suppliers and opportunities.
• Lead supplier and contract management, including RFQs/RFPs and negotiations.
• Collaborate with R&I & Marketing on site potential and feasibility; monitor budgets and schedules.
• Track performance metrics and lead cross-functional project management with co-manufacturer.
