Responsibilities

Lead complex bids and solicitations valued at $1M+ in engineering, financial services, and IT.
Determine bonding requirements and oversee high-value bids.
Advise departments on fair processes, procurement policies and procedures.
Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contract terms.
Coordinate procurement meetings, evaluations, selections, and bidder debriefings.
Maintain contract portfolio reports and monitor market trends to inform strategy.
