Responsibilities

• Lead construction bids and other complex, high-dollar solicitations (typically $1M+).
• Serve as a strategic advisor, guiding procurement methods, evaluation criteria, and pricing matrices.
• Monitor supplier performance, negotiate terms, and maintain reports to support procurement strategy.
