Job summary

Organo USA, Inc. is recruiting a Technical Sourcing Engineer to drive supplier evaluation, cost optimization, and design support. This on-site role collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure components meet design intent and production needs.

The successful candidate will leverage CAD tools to modify drawings, review SOPs and CTQs, and manage supplier documentation while contributing to risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering degree or relevant experience.
• Proficient in CAD software.
• Strong Excel skills for data management.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to understand P&ID and layout designs.

Responsibilities

• Research, screen, and evaluate potential suppliers based on capability, cost, quality, and reliability.
• Vendor negotiation: negotiate pricing and contracting with procurement and suppliers.
• Technical review: review specifications and drawings to ensure design intent is met.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to meet project needs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier optimization and market analysis.
• Review supplier documentation to ensure compliance with technical requirements and records.
