• Minimum 8–10 years in strategic sourcing within biopharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor's degree in biology/biochemistry/chemistry/engineering/pharma or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.

• Develop CGT raw materials sourcing strategies across development to commercial manufacturing.
• Manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Legal to meet CGT program needs.
• Perform market analysis, supplier assessments, and benchmarking for risk mitigation and value creation.
• Drive continuous improvement, data analytics, and AI-enabled sourcing initiatives.
