Job summary

Accenture plc seeks a Delivery Operations Specialist to lead or support sourcing initiatives, including events, RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contract execution. You will apply AI and digital tools to accelerate RFx, spend analysis, and reporting, while coordinating with cross-functional teams across multiple industries.

This role emphasizes managing ambiguity, delivering measurable procurement outcomes, and building credibility with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing or Source-to-Contract.
• Experience independently leading end-to-end sourcing workstreams, including sourcing events, RFP development and execution, supplier evaluation and selection, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Experience managing source-to-contract processes across multiple spend categories, with the ability to step into a sourcing role with minimal ramp-up time.
• Experience conducting spend analysis, developing sourcing strategies, and presenting sourcing recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Experience with procurement and enterprise technologies such as Ariba, Coupa, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Experience leading a team of professionals
