Job summary

HelloConnect, part of HelloFresh, seeks a proactive procurement operations professional to support strategy and drive cross-functional initiatives across Meal Kit and RTE brands. You will coordinate vendor onboarding, manage pricing and SKUs, and ensure data integrity to enable efficient sourcing and exceptional customer experiences.

You will work with purchasing leaders and cross-functional teams to align pricing, inventory, logistics, and system readiness for product launches, while monitoring

Responsibilities

• Partner with purchasing leaders and cross-functional teams to support procurement strategy initiatives across Meal Kit and Ready-to-Eat brands.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding activities, ensuring documentation is complete and accurately maintained.
• Manage pricing updates, SKU data, and product specifications across multiple systems to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
• Support invoicing processes by tracking credits, rebates, and following up on outstanding items to maintain financial accuracy.
• Assist in resolving operational escalations related to supply chain, inventory, product quality, and vendor performance.
• Coordinate new product launches by aligning pricing, inventory, logistics, and system readiness with business requirements.
• Monitor product quality and key operational metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic sourcing initiatives, market intelligence efforts, and product optimization projects
