Job summary

HelloFresh is looking for an experienced sourcing manager to join our Packaging Strategic Procurement team. In this role, you'll develop and execute sourcing strategies to enhance cost structure and product quality while improving our supply chain's reliability.

Your responsibilities will include vendor selection, price negotiations, and creating an optimized sourcing process. You’ll also manage quality specifications and support innovation in product development, fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain operations and strategic sourcing.
• 3+ years of packaging sourcing experience preferred.
• Experience leading large initiatives and sourcing events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for cost, quality, and supply chain reliability.
• Take ownership of assigned categories and optimize the supply network.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage performance.
