Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead supplier network strategy and end-to-end strategic sourcing across our procurement team in Colorado. You will own supplier onboarding, price negotiations, and contract management while driving cost optimization and supply continuity for innovative products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, strategic sourcing, or procurement.
• Undergraduate degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• Fluency with Google Sheets.
• Track record of leading large sourcing initiatives.
• Experience with high-value contract negotiations.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to improve cost structure, quality, and supply reliability.
• Lead supplier selection, onboarding, and relationships across third-party production.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and supplier negotiations for improved margins.
• Manage risk, continuity plans, and performance metrics with suppliers.
