Job summary

Responsibilities include leading contracting activities, developing sourcing structures, and delivering analytics to support spend decisions. Hybrid office work with potential travel and emergency restoration coverage is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years related experience in strategic sourcing.
• Experience leading RFPs, negotiations, and contracting for medium value contracts.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and communicate findings clearly.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and purchasing systems required.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work emergency restoration assignments.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFPs, negotiate, and execute contracts independently for medium value categories.
• Manage sourcing, negotiation, and contracting processes and supplier qualification activities.
• Develop and monitor procurement schedules, contract terms, and KPI dashboards.
• Produce SRM scorecards and monitor supplier performance.
• Collaborate with end users and suppliers to provide updates and drive cost savings.
