The role focuses on negotiating, contract execution, and managing supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and cost performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship (no visa support).
• 3+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 15% annually.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned material categories.
• Lead supplier negotiations, RFPs, and contract execution.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships focused on quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Support new product launches and key sourcing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and supply chain improvements.
• Track supplier performance, sourcing analytics, and savings initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally to support operational goals and supply continuity.
