Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Category Manager in Mechanicsburg, PA to develop and execute strategic sourcing for direct materials. You will drive supplier negotiations, manage key supplier relationships, and support new product initiatives to optimize cost and supply chain performance.

Successful candidates will have 3+ years in sourcing or procurement, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel domestically up to 15%.

• HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred.

Job Summary

The Category Manager supports the development and execution of strategic sourcing strategies for our direct material categories that drive value across the organization. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support new product initiatives, improve supplier performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and supply chain optimization.

Key Role Accountabilities

Role Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The company does not and will not sponsor employment visas.
