Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing decisions and supplier selection.
• Negotiate and support wiring harness strategy.
• Engage with Scania/MAN for common strategy alignment.
• Lead VA/VE efforts to generate cost reductions.
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with client goals.
• Negotiate capacity/labor agreements with wiring suppliers.
• Implement dual sourcing while developing new sources.
• Analyze spend to identify savings opportunities using multiple levers.
• Execute Comprehensive Supply and Development Agreements.
• Build strong supplier partnerships for quality and on-time delivery.
