Dometic is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Category Manager-Indirect in Elkhart, Indiana to lead development and execution of sourcing strategies across indirect spend categories, including transportation, warehousing, facilities, IT, and professional services.

You will build category roadmaps, negotiate contracts, partner with finance and operations, and drive cost reductions while ensuring service levels. This role reports to the Director of Procurement and Sourcing.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain.
• Proven experience sourcing transportation, logistics, warehousing, and indirect services.
• Strong negotiation skills and contract development experience.
• Experience with category management and supplier relationship management.
• Experience with data analytics, Power BI, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute regional and global sourcing strategies across indirect spend categories.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives from opportunity assessment through implementation and supplier performance management.
• Build multi-year category roadmaps aligned with business objectives and cost-reduction targets.
• Lead commercial negotiations for leases, service agreements, and related supplier contracts.
