Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a Strategic Sourcing and SRM leader to drive spend category management, lead RFPs, negotiate terms, and align contracts with Legal and Third Party Risk Management. Qualifications

• Experience with spend management and procurement ERPs (e.g., Ariba, ZYCUS, Bravo Solution, Analysis & Reports).
• Strong time management, prioritization, project management, negotiations, risk management and change management.
• SSP methodology and robust SRM experience desirable.
• Independent thinker able to work with minimal supervision in diverse environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Master’s preferred; 5–7 years in Procurement/Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of contracting from initiation to renewal and dispute resolution.
• Drive sourcing and procurement initiatives at the business level with cross-functional teams.
• Develop timelines for contract reviews and provide status updates and escalations.
• Manage supplier risk, negotiate terms, and ensure SLAs and performance guarantees.
• Mentor and develop team members; collaborate with Business Owners, TPRM and Legal.
