First Baptist Church of Glenarden seeks a Business Systems & Strategic Sourcing Coordinator to drive strategic sourcing, procurement projects, and system enhancements. You will translate business needs into practical solutions, support RFP/RFQ processes, and collaborate across Finance, IT, Facilities, and ministry teams.

The role requires a bachelor's in a related field and a minimum of three years' experience in business analysis, procurement, or system implementation, with strong communication

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• At least three years of experience in business analysis, strategic sourcing, procurement projects, system implementation, or process improvement.
• Experience developing or supporting RFPs, workflows, business requirements, testing, procedures, or reports is strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supports strategic sourcing initiatives with market research and supplier analysis.
• Assists with RFPs/RFQs and other competitive solicitations, including timelines and communications.
• Prepares bid comparison matrices, spend analyses and vendor assessments.
• Supports contract and vendor-management activities and renewal tracking.
• Gathers business requirements through interviews and stakeholder meetings.
• Assists with design and build of forms, workflows, dashboards, reports, and automations.
