Job summary

Brown-Forman Corporation is seeking a Category Sourcing Analyst for Grains, PET, Gifts, Shippers, and Cans at our Louisville, KY headquarters. You will drive market analysis, negotiate major supplier agreements, and manage spend across packaging categories to support New Product Development and acquired brands.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 1–3 years in sourcing/supply chain, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) plus 1–3 years in sourcing/supply chain.
• Strong negotiation, influence, analytical and root-cause problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for designated packaging categories.
• Negotiate major commercial agreements and manage vendor onboarding and renewals.
• Evaluate suppliers, track KPIs, and drive cross-functional efficiencies.
• Manage inventory issues, process POs/invoices, and support New Product Development sourcing.
• Provide financial oversight with annual pricing/budget forecasts.
