Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a financial environment.
• Ability to analyze data and make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze expense data, create and manage reports to discover opportunities for cost savings and improved services.
• Support the Strategic Sourcing Manager in collecting and analyzing data for new and existing categories.
• Serve as point of contact for employee questions, program issues, and vendor relations; create communications and training programs.
• Collaborate on policy development and promote compliance.
• Review, audit, and code invoices to ensure accuracy and correct expense distribution.
• Solicit input from employees and department heads regarding vendor performance and report to the manager.
• Maintain and manage departmental data on intranet.
