Job summary

Advantage Solutions, a leading sales and marketing agency, seeks a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Analyst to drive cost analysis, reporting and program administration across categories like Travel, Shipping, Office Supplies, and more.

You will interact with retail, finance, payroll and HR to optimize internal expenses, develop reports, and support the Strategic Sourcing Manager in data-driven sourcing initiatives. Bachelor's degree required; 3-5 years in financial analytics preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
3–5 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a financial environment.
Strong ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
Excellent report writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze expense data; create and manage reports for cost savings and service improvements.
Serve as point of contact for employee questions, program issues, and vendor relations for strategic sourcing programs; create communications and training.
Develop policy and assist to promote compliance.
Review, audit, and code invoices to ensure accuracy of expense distribution.
Coordinate input from employees and department heads on vendor performance; present recommendations to manager.
Maintain and manage departmental data on intranet.
