Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze expense data; create and manage reports to identify cost savings and service improvements.
• Serve as point of contact for program issues and vendor relations; develop communications and training for internal systems.
• Collaborate on policy development and ensure compliance.
• Review, audit, and code invoices to ensure accuracy and proper expense distribution.
• Collect input from employees and department heads on vendor performance and report to the Strategic Sourcing Manager.
• Maintain and manage departmental data on the intranet.
