Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience within an executive search firm, preferably supporting senior-level and executive searches.
• Experience recruiting within professional services, consulting, marketing, digital, technology, or customer-facing leadership functions.
• Deep expertise in talent sourcing, executive research, market mapping, and candidate engagement.
• Independent management of substantial portions of executive searches with pace and quality.
• Strong screening and assessment capabilities for leadership potential and fit.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent mapping and candidate identification for executive searches across marketing, consulting, technology, and related sectors.
• Build and maintain robust pipelines using market maps, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Drive search execution from kickoff through candidate delivery with effective project management.
• Identify emerging marketing talent beyond traditional agency networks across brands and high-growth firms.
• Develop competitive intelligence and talent landscape analyses to support strategy.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to refine search strategies.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and screening where needed.
