Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software seeks a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager to craft compelling narratives for Intelligence Center X and Mendix, connecting the platform to business challenges and opportunities across industries. You will translate complex technologies into customer-focused messages and enable sales with ready-to-use content.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, or Go-to-Market roles within enterprise software or B2B SaaS.
• Experience developing solution messaging for AI, analytics, cloud platforms, application development, or enterprise technology.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys and complex solution selling.
• Experience creating sales enablement content and customer-facing messaging.
• Excellent written, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technologies.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across product, sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Ability to work effectively within a global, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver differentiated solution messaging for Intelligence Center X and Mendix across priority industries and use cases.
• Develop industry-specific messaging for aerospace and defence, automotive, heavy equipment and industrial machinery and other priority industries.
• Create sales tools, briefs, playbooks, and customer-facing assets to enable teams.
• Support product launches, campaigns, events, analyst engagements, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Campaigns, Field Marketing, Brand and Communications to ensure consistent messaging.
