Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Portfolio Messaging Strategist to define and govern the executive narrative for Intelligence Center X, Siemens’ industrial agentic orchestration system. You will bridge Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Corporate Communications to craft a differentiated, customer-outcome driven narrative.

The role requires a strategic storyteller who can translate complex technology into executive-level storytelling, influence senior leaders, and shape messaging across presentations,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product/portfolio marketing or related field.
• Experience creating executive-level narratives and presentations.
• Experience influencing senior leaders in a global, matrixed org.
• Background in enterprise software, AI, or data platforms is a plus.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the master narrative for Intelligence Center X.
• Build narrative frameworks grounded in customer challenges and product value.
• Establish messaging architecture, proof points, and storytelling standards.
• Ensure consistency across executive communications.
• Lead executive keynote development and high-profile presentations.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, solutions, and sales teams.
• Coach leaders on customer-first storytelling and message hierarchy.
