Job summary

Strong communication, facilitation, change management, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Leads process improvement and strategic initiatives through analysis, requirements development, testing, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Investigates complex problems, identifies root causes, and develops practical solutions to improve efficiency and data quality.
Challenges inefficient practices and identifies opportunities to standardize, automate, or simplify workflows.
Configures and supports monday.com, Jira, make.com, Power BI, SharePoint, and related platforms.
