Job summary

Vanguard in Malvern, PA is seeking a strategic Solutions Consultant to partner with business and technology leaders, shaping scalable solutions across people, process, data and technology.

You will lead discovery, frame problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and translate complex concepts into clear, actionable outcomes that influence roadmaps and investment decisions, enabling informed delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least three years of development experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience; graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong working relationships with key partners to drive consensus on enterprise-aligned solutions.
• Translates complex business challenges into strategic, scalable technology solutions across people, process, data and technology.
• Supports roadmap development by aligning business objectives to technology capabilities and identifying dependencies.
• Influences organizational decision-making by synthesizing insights on existing technologies and market trends.
• Leads evolution of capability landscapes with product, business and architecture stakeholders.
• Maintains understanding of business functions and operating models to design practical, scalable solutions.
• Participates in strategic initiatives and enterprise programs as assigned.

Education

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
